We started our operations in Salem in the year 2003 and has now grown its national
network to more than 75 branches pan India. We have qualified local staff, with
excellent contacts, all trained with necessary certification to sell and service
products. In 2003 the company got its IRDA authorization to partner with Bajaj Allianz
and market their Life Insurance Products. The company has generated employments
both directly as well as indirectly by promoting life insurance products, health
insurance products and general insurance products. Currently, the company has employed
more than 1500 employees on its rolls pan India.
In 2003-04 our GWP was Rs. 75,000/- in 2004 -05 the GWP was Rs. 7.5 Lakhs, in 2005-06
our GWP was Rs. 13crores and in 2006-07 our GWP was 151 Crores. Our GWP in 2007-08
touched 500 Crores. In 2008-09 we did 630 Crores and 2009-2010 we have crossed the
800 Crores mark with a GWP of 840 Crores. Every year has been a challenge to exceed
beyond our expectations and the figures speaks for itself.
Global Finsol has been empanelled by UIDAI for enrolling residents in 20 States
across India. Global Finsol has been since bidding for several tenders being rolled
out by registrars in several states under UID. Global Finsol was selected as a one
of the successful bidders from 3 registrars for enrolling the residents of India
to provide AADHAAR/ UID numbers. We have set up skilled resources to acquire data
from field. Currently the company has employed more than 900 resources all over
India. The indirect employment that the company generates is in the form of business
support to our other business domains.
Global Finsol has deployed around 700+ field staff across 6 states Karnataka, Tamil
Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra for Field Services
activities. So far Global Finsol enrolled more than 35 lakh citizens and 11 lakhs
Aadhaar has been generated. We have won several contracts in the past 12 months
of operations. UIDAI enrollment is being carried out at Maharastra, Gujarat, Tamilnadu,
Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala.
We have also bid on other associates like NREGA, Financial Inclusion of bank and
deployment of business correspondent for bank. The bidding process will continue
and we are very confident of getting additional orders.
We want to be pioneers in the field services domain in BFSI domain and ICT based
field services for Banks, Insurance companies, State Governments, Departments and
other organizations requiring enrollment services, deployment services of both ICT
and skilled human resources. We have field staff who are localites having excellent
contacts and they are all trained with necessary certification to sell and service
A technical coordinator is deployed for a population of 3 lakhs. Global Finsol is
present across 56 Districts and plan to cover a total population of 3 crore in 2
years. A backend support team with Voice support ensures people are deployed in
time and available throughout the day for enrollment. The attendance, MIS and productivity
reports are available within 24 hours.
